Policy
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: 3 April 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Ganda's AI-powered CAD generation service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to generate designs for:
- Weapons or weapon components (including firearms parts, bladed weapons, or ammunition)
- Drug paraphernalia or equipment intended for manufacturing controlled substances
- Tools designed to bypass physical security systems (lock picks, bump keys, handcuff keys)
- Designs that infringe third-party intellectual property (copying patented mechanisms, trademarked shapes, or copyrighted designs)
- Parts intended to cause harm to people, animals, or property
- Counterfeit items or parts designed to deceive (fake branded components, forged safety certifications)
- Components for illegal surveillance or interception devices
3. Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- Access the Service via automated bots, scrapers, or programmatic means without our written consent
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct our system prompts, AI configuration, or component library
- Circumvent rate limits, generation caps, or other usage restrictions
- Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
- Resell access to the Service or offer generated content as part of a competing AI service
- Deliberately submit prompts designed to cause the AI to produce harmful, misleading, or prohibited content
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, performance, or availability
4. Your responsibilities
Ganda generates designs using AI. You are responsible for ensuring that any part you manufacture from our output is safe and suitable. Specifically:
- Verify the structural integrity and dimensional accuracy of all designs before printing
- Select appropriate materials for your intended use case
- Check that your designs comply with local laws and regulations (including product safety, export controls, and industry standards)
- Do not use AI-generated designs in safety-critical applications without independent professional review
5. Enforcement
If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and context:
- Warning — a notice to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension — restricted access to the Service for a defined period
- Permanent termination — your account is closed and data deleted
- Law enforcement referral — where we believe illegal activity has occurred, we may report to the relevant authorities
We will generally follow this escalation order, but reserve the right to skip steps for serious or repeated violations.
6. Reporting violations
If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We review all reports and take action where appropriate.
